BOOKING POLICY
ALL Services Require A Booking Deposit to Secure Your Spot and Our Time. YES, your Deposit Goes Towards Your Service and the Remaining of Payment is asked for after Service is Completed.
When Booking Your Appointment You Will be Prompted to Pay Your Deposit VIA Website. So YES a Card is Required.... Don't Have A Card But Want To Secure Your Spot ? No Problem, Contact ME ( Call or Text) to Set Up when You can Drop Off Your Deposit and I will Book and Secure Your Appointment After $20 have been Paid. Meeting Points will be at the shop.
** PLEASE NOTE : Even if You're NOT Prompted to Pay your Deposit Online But STILL Able to BOOK, A Deposit Is STILL REQUIRED after You have set the Appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
LATE POLICY
Everyone is graced with a 5 MINUTE Grace Period. After that you will be charged accordingly.
10 Minutes Late = $5 late fee
15 Minutes Late = $10 late fee
ANYTHING LATER THAN 15 MINUTES = Cancellation, UNLESS We’ve discussed arrangements, Which you may still be charged a late fee ( $15) or
rescheduling for a better time and date.
PLEASE note that your time is just as Important as mines and the next persons time. So if you CANNOT make your appointment Please let me know at least 2-3 Hours Before time of appointment. Otherwise it will be considered No Call No Show.
No Call No Show = $30 Deposit due Again to book another appointment. Deposit is Nonrefundable !
